Sealed bids for furnishing of all labor and materials and performing all work necessary and incidental to Bid No. 2019-40, Lecanto Primary School Buildings 100 & 200 Fire Alarm System Upgrade, will be received by the Citrus County School Board. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will within ten (10) calendar days after written notice being given of bid acceptance, enter into a written Contract with the Citrus County School Board, in accordance with the accepted Bid, and give a surety bond satisfactory to the Citrus County School Board equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
