Lewis Community Recreation Center located at 3110 Forest Lawn Drive in Greensboro, NC
The base bid work will include but not be limited to demolition of existing Men’s and Women’s Toilet Rooms, construction of new toilet rooms, painting of designated rooms, new wall base for designated rooms, the addition of new storefront double doors with HC push button access, new lighting fixtures in designated areas, a new backflow preventer. The Construction Start date will be the week of August 19, 2019 with a construction duration of ninety (90) days. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation
