The City of Burbank is seeking a contractor for a glazing project at the Library StorefrontThe Library Services Department is converting an existing area of the Burbank Central Library into a Technology Room. The new room will be approximately 37’ x 12’ (approx. 450 SF). The City is accepting quotations from contractors to fabricate and to install storefront-style frame and glazing in three separate sections between existing interior plastered columns and soffits. The storefront partition system will have glazing above a paneled section. Other work to be included in the quote will be the purchase and installation of a folding door (accordion wall system) to divide the room into two sections as needed..Q&A due by 07/10/19 at 2Pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
