The work to be bid consists of the removal of the existing damaged electrical panel at Lift Station #2 and the installation of a new and updated electrical panel including safety improvements to the site. A Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check from a National or State Bank in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Cocoa, shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that the bidder will not withdraw from the competition for a period of ninety (90) days after opening of bids.
