Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to modify, alter and/or convert existing structures as shown or specified and as required for the installation of new mechanical equipment, piping and appurtenances. Work shall be performed within the requirements of Special Project Procedures in Section 01030 and required Construction Scheduling in Section 01310. Existing piping and equipment shall be removed and dismantled as necessary for the performance of structural alterations in accordance with the requirements herein specified and shown on the Drawings.
