The City of Woodstock, Georgia (CITY) hereby issues a request for bids (RFB) from qualified contractors for the purpose of milling, asphalt paving, striping, and traffic control, if necessary, for 19 specific roads in Deer Run North. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder as determined by the review committee and as approved by City Council. Goods and services shall meet or exceed the following guidelines: Mill 1 1/8” roadway and connections; 1 1/8” asphalt overlay; Thermoplastic installation matching existing, if necessary; Traffic control (one lane must remain open at all times.
