The City of Kennesaw is accepting sealed bids for the resurfacing of seven streets including labor, material, equipment for milling and resurfacing. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Contract Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract price and a Payment Bond equal to 110% of the contract price, with the terms and surety to be approved by the City of Kennesaw; and furnish satisfactory proof of carriage of the insurance required.
