The project adds additional security measures to the entry lobby at the Attorney General Building including two lanes of card controlled pedestrian access barriers (turnstiles) with a section of railing between the turnstiles and the existing doors. the existing access doors on either side of the guard booth will be re-handed to swing in the opposite direction allowing people to enter and exit to the right of the security booth as iewed from the approach. The new security equipment shall be connected to the existing security system. DVBE participation requirements apply. Prime Contractors are encouraged to have their Key Administrator and DVBE office coordinator attend to receive information and have questions answered at the Mandatory prebid meeting.
