The City of Social Circle is seeking proposals from engineering firms to provide survey, engineering and construction administration services on a GDOT TAP Grant Sidewalk Project per the attached grant application. In addition to preparation of construction plans and specifications, the scope of work will include compliance with all GDOT and TAP Grant regulations. Proposals should include the firm’s approach to the project, the qualifications of the individuals that will be assigned to this project, the time frame within which the work will be completed and references from public agencies or regulatory agencies for which similar work has been completed.
