Scope of Work: Seminole County Public Works Department is seeking the services of an FDOT Pre-qualified contractor to construct a northbound right turn lane on Lockwood Boulevard, just south of CR 419. This section of Lockwood Boulevard will also be milled and resurfaced. In addition to roadway improvements, the cross section of the road will be altered in order to provide positive drainage to the area. Three (3) traffic mast arms will be relocated and /or upgraded, at the intersection, to accommodate the road widening. M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the process.
