The work generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: Demolition, clearing, grubbing, drainage improvements, concrete flatwork, roadway excavation and grading, roadway paving, and striping. The contractor shall include in his bid to provide all labor, tools and materials, for a complete project in conformance with the intent shown on the drawings and specified herein. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
