DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work is comprised of providing all necessary labor, materials, accessories, equipment, and supervision to provide a nested 360-foot deep and 480-foot deep 2.5" diameter PVC monitoring well inside a 12" diameter borehole at the location shown on the drawings, near the intersection of Lupine and Doris Streets, Los Osos, CA. The Work includes drilling of the well, well development and completion, disposal of cuttings, disposal of development water, and all other work to make the GW monitoring well complete and functional as specified. The work is located in the unincorporated area of Los Osos, San Luis Obispo County, California and more specifically at the corner of Lupine Street and Doris Streets, Los Osos, CA 93402.Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
