The general extent and Scope of the Work to be performed under this Contract, includes Ma Riis Park Improvements Phase 2b and all other associated work, as described therein and set forth under the Specifications and Supplemental Specifications, if any, and shown and noted under the accompanying Drawings, and unless otherwise specified, includes the furnishing and delivering of all tools, plants and equipment, and labor, together with necessary supervision required for the completion, demolition, and installation called for under the several articles of the Specifications and Supplemental Specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the amount of the bid made payable to the Town of Harrison and Village of Harrison. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
