Work includes the following: 1. Permitting is thru the City of Fort Lauderdale. Contractor should contact City of Fort Lauderdale for Permitting requirements. 2. Relocate Security check-in equipment and desks as stated in the drawings. Demolition of existing partitions and floor finishes. 3. Demolish existing walls and replace with new reconfiguration per drawings. 4. Remove and replace floor finishes with new, per drawings. 5. Paint, and install new electrical outlets and data, per drawings. 6. HVAC work per drawings. 7. Relocate existing Fire Suppression system per drawings. Bonds required.
