The Owner is the Village of Dobbs Ferry and the work is located within the Village. The work consists of reconstructing sidewalks and installing curbs along Main Street. The project is located on the east and west sides of Main Street, between Cedar and Chestnut Streets in the Village of Dobbs Ferry. Other related work shall include demolition, traffic protection, tree removal, tree planting, and preparing, restoring and cleaning the project area, all in accordance with the plans and specifications, as directed by the Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
