Attendees shall assemble at the Administration building at 2020 Wake Avenue, Oakland California. This is the only time that the O2 Plant will be open for inspection. The inspection will last approximately 2 hours
Estimate: $535,000 - $635,000
Work includes surface preparation and recoating of cold boxes, liquid oxygen storage (LOX) tanks, air surge tanks, and blowdown silencers. Piping supports and other equipment not shown in bold on drawings will not be recoated as part of this project. The lower portion of the cold boxes will not be recoated as part of this project, as shown on drawings. Surface preparation includes, but is not limited to, pressure washing, power tool cleaning, and abrasive blast cleaning. Painting work includes but is not limited to application of spot primer to areas of bare metal, application of intermediate coat to all surfaces, and application of finish coat to all surfaces. Contractor is also responsible for furnishing of all scaffolding, lead hazardous control activities, and containment required to execute work.
