The work under this Contract consists of performing maintenance, testing and repairs of both regulated and non-regulated above ground storage tanks (AST’s) and underground storage tanks (UST’s) as well as fuel pumps used to fuel vehicles and /or standby generators throughout Orange County. Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work and services as outlined in the Contract documents herein. The unit prices shall include, but are not limited to, all labor, services, materials, equipment, maintenance of traffic, taxes, tests, mobilization/demobilization, insurance, incidentals, and other miscellaneous costs, overhead and profit, that are necessary to successfully complete all work herein. This shall include the completion of any reports or testing documentation as required by the appropriate regulatory agency (e.g. FDEP). This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
