This bid package includes installation of the Effluent Filters, UV Disinfection System and Construction of the New Cascade Aeration Structure & DB#11 expansion including the following: - Phased demolition and temporary provisions for process equipment as required to achieve MOPO requirements. - Structural (Concrete and Metals) Modifications to Existing Traveling Bridge Filter and UV Structures to facilitate installation of new equipment, flow changes and finger weir structure. - Provide and install process and ancillary piping systems and devices at the Filter/UV and Cascade Aeration Structure. - Installation of Four CMAR supplied Kruger Discfilter units with all associated piping and ancillary devices. - Installation of two CMAR supplied Wedeco vertically-inclined open channel. - Precast Concrete Electrical Building. - Construction of CIP Cascade Aeration structure including all concrete, metals, and process equipment. - All yardpipe and structures adjacent to and/or associated with the Filter/UV structure and Cascade Aeration Structure. - DB#11 modifications and expansion. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
