Project Scope consists of but is not limited to: A. A new single story 3,350 SF building consisting of three classrooms with an accessible single User Staff Restroom; B. Alteration of existing landscaping to include repaving & landscaping; an other misc. exterior renovation work. C. Removal of (e) portables No. 32 & No. 33 after beneficial occupancy of the new classroom building. Scope includes hazardous materials removal, remediation of landscaping & irrigation at site of removal. Contractors must be pre-qualified. Request pre-qualification packet from: jedwall@slzusd.org. Packets must be received at least 10 days prior to the bid opening. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
