Roof is approximately 5,000 square feet. Remove and legally dispose of existing flat roof. All disposal materials shall be removed off-site. Remove and reuse existing coping, repainting as necessary. Furnish and install new 0.060 TPO single ply roofing, mechanically attached or fully adhered. Furnish and install new stainless steel counterflashing. Furnish and install pitch pockets. Furnish and install new flashing. Furnish and install new nailers as needed. Reuse existing scuppers. Furnish copy of manufacturers roof warranty. Include all material and labor in quoted price. Existing skylights are properly flashed. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
