Interior work includes abatement of the ACM flooring and fittings, demolition and new wall construction and reworking of mechanical, electrical and plumbing in renovated areas. Add card access to interior and exterior doors. New floor finishes and paint throughout. Exterior work includes guardrails and handrails, new exterior door, and painting of beams and columns. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
