Project consists of work on the basement, first floor and roof. Interior demolition work included is: Abatement of steel beam fireproofing (basement); including duct removal, Ceiling removals, replacements, and floor penetrations associated with duct work, refrigerant lines, and proposed equipment locations. Basement wall penetrations and wall removals for pathways. Remove existing baseboard heating system. New work included is: Chases and replacement partitions associated with vertical pathways. Electrical upgrades through-out. Incorporate designed A/C and ventilation systems (1st floor only). Locate (7) condenser units. Complete NFPA 13 Sprinklers system including cloud ceilings. South and East Storefront Entrances: Include new aluminum storefront doors and enclosures. Include entrance floor mat in south vestibule. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
