Work assigned will be for small scale projects utilizing 1-4 workers. It may involve demolition, site work, concrete, masonry, and metal fabrication. Demolish and/or install concrete or masonry retaining wall, columns, or steps. Demolish and/or install new steel reinforced and unreinforced concrete sidewalks, patios, decks, stairs, walls, columns, foundation pads, foundation supports. Patch and repair spalled, cracked or delaminated concrete sidewalks, patios, decks, stairs, foundation pads, or foundation supports. Rake and repoint brick/stone/masonry, walls, chimneys, steps, or foundations. Replace or reset brick/stone/masonry or concrete paves. Provide and/or replace expansion/control joint systems. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
