The work to be done includes, but is not limited to: rehabilitation of the pavement on Nave Drive between Alameda Del Prado and Bel Marin Keys Blvd, Bel Marin Keys Blvd from Nave Drive to 200 ft. North of Digital Drive, and Bolling Drive from Nave Drive to Marin Valley Drive. The improvements will include construction of ADA compliant access ramps, removal and replacement of damaged concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, replacement of existing traffic signal detection, pavement repairs consisting of asphalt concrete dig-out and patches, slurry seal application at some locations, grinding of the existing pavement, placement of reinforcing fabric, hot mix asphalt overlay, replacement of pavement striping and markings, installation of new traffic signs and other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, standard specifications, or these special provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed. Time for completion is 30 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE Goals.
