The purpose of this request is to obtain bids from qualified Contractors capable of providing construction services for the restoration of Merry Pier and the associated Pier Building. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform the work as described in the bid documents and as shown on the plans. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
