The scope of work involves the installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of storm drainage piping from a storm drainage structure at the rear of 4097 Melrose Dr. to Reed Creek near the rear of 186 Stone Mill Drive. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Check, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount bid, to guarantee that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days after the date of notification of award of Contract, enter in a Contract with the Owner for performance of the Work and execute satisfactory bond.
