Notice is hereby given that the City of Cartersville, Georgia is requesting proposals for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Equipment, Meters, and Software to complete a meter change out program. The project scope includes complete replacement and/or retrofit of 29,685 active meters currently deployed. The estimated meter count to be replaced or retrofitted in the initial scope are as follows;Replacement of Electric Meters-7,618, Replacement of Gas Meters and AMI Transmitters-3,502, Retrofit of Gas Meters with AMI Transmitters-7,277, Replacement of Water Meter and AMI Transmitters-11,288.
