First Story Scope: The Contractor shall remove all of the ceiling and ceiling fixtures on the first floor, reinsulate, install ½ inch sheetrock, reinstall existing lighting fixtures, install new HVAC vents, finish and paint using Valspar Ceiling Flat White Latex Paint. The Contractor shall replace sections of vinyl flooring in the waiting room, restroom, kitchen and stairs landing with new StainMaster Soft Step Plus, Huntington Coffee Wood-Look Low-Gloss Finish sheet vinyl. The Contractor shall remove approximately 18’ of panel board behind the office area and replace with new. The Contractor shall also replace the interior office window casing and replace with new. The Contractor shall paint all walls, trim, doors, window casings and replace all carpet. Details above. Second Story Scope: The Contractor shall remove all ceiling tiles, insulation, grid, HVAC vents and lighting fixtures. The contractor shall then replace with all new grid, insulation, Armstrong ceiling tiles, new HVAC vents and new 4ft T8 Led drop in fixtures. The Contractor shall remove damaged sheetrock on exterior walls in office 2 and office 3, reinsulate and install new sheetrock. The Contractor shall remove and replace window casings in office 1, 2 and 3. The Contractor shall paint all walls, trim, doors, window casings and replace all carpet. Details above.
