The Owner will receive sealed bids from Contractors for the Modernization of Elevator located at Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. Modernization to include one (1) three-stop hydraulic elevator at Jordan Hall. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent of the Bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
