The San Joaquin Housing Authority is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the removal and replacement of the existing gravity sewer system at the Mokelumne Manor Public Housing community, located in Thornton, California. The scope of work includes the replacement of approximately 2,900 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity sewer main clay pipe with 8” diameter SDR35 PVC pipe within the Mokelumne Manor community to the existing sewer lift station located approximately 850 feet south of the Mokelumne Manor community. Also included in the scope of work is the replacement of 14 sewer manholes, the replacement of sewer service laterals to 38 residential buildings, and replacement or installation of 113 new sewer cleanouts. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
