Request For Proposals No. 2019-00028 Monument Sign project is for the construction of a dual sided blade sign with two LED electronic screens. The Monument Sign will be located at the northwest corner of North Henry Boulevard and East Atlanta Road intersection, and across the street from Stockbridge’s City Hall. The Monument Sign is to be an integral part of the developing downtown district of Stockbridge. The total acreage anticipated to be disturbed by the project is 0.08. The project includes the following site elements: ~15’x20’ blade sign with CMU core, brick veneer, cast stone accents, pin-mounted metal letters, and quantity two (2), electronic LED screens; concrete sidewalks and ADA ramp access; electrical and low voltage; irrigation; site grading, landscape/plantings.
