articipants will meet at a prearranged parking location at or near the Preserve. To receive directions to the meeting location and notice of any weather delays, bidders must RSVP to Luke Mulhall at (650) 691-1200 no later than 5:00 p.m. February 26, 2020. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will include a tour of the site. Tour participants should allow a minimum of two hours and should wear suitable footwear and appropriate dress for the open space conditions. Extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen conditions could cause the tour to be cancelled and re-scheduled. You will be sent an e-mail the afternoon before the pre-bid meeting if it is cancelled. The pre-bid meeting and site walk will take at least 2 hours, not including your travel time to arrive at the meeting location. The District will provide water, but attendees should bring their own food. An optional second bid tour and site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on March 3, 2020.
