The contractor is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for replacement of ceiling tiles, lighting, and patching/painting per the contract documents. The construction will be phased with an ongoing construction project to replace the MRI equipment. Coordination for scheduling and installation with be required with the Upstate Project Manager and site project manager. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
