This project will be bid as a single prime and includes, but not limited to: Mobilization/Demobilization, Cohesive Soil Liner, Geo Synthetic Clay Liner, 60 mil Double-Sided Textured Flexible Membrane Liner, 330 mil Double-Bonded Drainage Net, Protective Cover, 6” Leachate Collection System, 8” Leachate Collection System, Pump Station and Associated Appurtenances. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
