The work consists of a single contract for the installation of approximately 8200 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe and appurtenances on Crosby Boulevard, Garland Drive, Olney Drive, Bissell Drive and Fairchild Drive in the Town of Amherst and on Anna Court, Treehave Road, Kensington Avenue, Avery Place and Elm Court in the Town of Cheektowaga. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
