It is our understanding that the proposed project will include one 55,880 sq.ft highway facility building, one 20,000 sq.ft salt storage building, and one 12,500 cold storage building. Each of these additions are anticipated to be slab-on-grade structures. A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier/teller/treasurer’s check payable to Madison County, or cash in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into.
