The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for Hemphill Road and New Hope Drive Drainage Replacement, located in Henry County. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid, which includes detour plans. Bids will design, strength, quality of materials and workmanship must conform to the industry acceptable standards of engineering practices and/or professional services. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
