The complete tear-off of the existing roof system including the single-ply roof membrane, rigid insulation, metal flashing, counter-flashing and copings, roof ventilators and unused roof curbs. A new roof system consisting of a single-ply membrane, rigid insulation, metal flashing and metal counter-flashing, perimeter metal fascia, water drainage components and roof accessories as required to provide a complete new roof system.
