Construction of at 1,250 square foot restroom building on a masonry crawlspace with stone veneer. Floor structure of steel bar joists metal deck and concrete. Exterior walls of wood framing and simulated wood logs. Roof construction of pre-engineered wood trusses, insulating nail base and standing seam metal roof. Existing restrooms to be renovated into storage rooms. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
