The Technical College System of Georgia is soliciting bids on behalf of North Georgia Technical College (NGTC) for one qualified contractor that can provide Renovation Services for the Mobley Administration Building Renovation Project at the Clarkesville Campus. The Clarkesville Campus is located at 1500 Highway 197 North, Clarkesville, GA 30523. Each bid must be accompanied with a bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid, payable to the Owner, North Georgia Technical College, in order to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly in compliance with the Bidding Documents. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
