Respondent is to provide design and construction services to implement Niland Gas Turbine Plant chiller system modifications to convert from R-22 to R-717 refrigerant. The Respondent responsibilities include construction related permitting, design, engineering, procurement, construction, start up and commissioning. Along with the services, the Respondent is to provide training and training manuals, O&M manuals and as-built drawings in AutoCAD.Niland Gas Turbine Plant Chiller System retrofit and modifications project is scheduled for implementation beginning mid-August 2019 with an anticipated Substantial Completion/Commercial Operation of mid-January 2021. Q&A due by 04/17/19 at 5PM.
