It is the intent of the City to enter into a lump sum contract with one (1) qualified Non-Profit or For-Profit Contractor to provide all of the labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, permits, transportation, utilities, and other incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents and the 2019 New Construction Specifications manual. Scope of Work: This project is to construct an affordable single-family residence at 2619 SW Halissee Street located in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
