The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidental services necessary to perform all General Construction Work associated with North Bathhouse Entry Plaza Renovations at Rockland Lake State Park. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Construction access, pedestrian protection measures, and material and equipment staging area.Installation of temporary facilities and controls. Installation of erosion control measures. Survey of existing conditions of entire plaza area. General site demolitions and removals. Earthwork. Flushing and purging of existing drainage pipes to remain. Installation of subsurface drainage piping. Installation of aggregate base courses. Installation of concrete pavement. Repairs and cleaning of existing brick masonry walls. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
