Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the construction of biological facility improvements at the North Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, which includes rehabilitation of facilities at the Headworks, Sludge Pump Stations, Scum Pump Stations, and Secondary Treatment Observation Building. Improvements include removal and replacement of Return Activity Sludge (RAS) pumps, Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) pumps, scum pumps and all associated appurtenances as well as hurricane hardening of the Secondary Treatment Observation Building.
