The contractor shall mobilize to site, set up for blasting of the tube sheet and tube removal, blast clean the existing tube sheet coating, remove 1500 tubes from the upper section of the A condenser, replace the removed tubes with new tubes, hydrostatic test the tubes, and permanently plug any leaking tubes.
