This Contract provides for the improvement of WSDOT owned property within the City of 41 Spokane at 508 N Fiske St. by abatement of asbestos materials, removal and disposal of 42 buildings and contents, removal and disposal of hazardous and contaminated soils, removal 43 and disposal of above ground and underground tanks and contents, removal and disposal of 44 any drywell(s), oil water separators, and underground pipe, disposal of any petroleum products 45 or other hazardous materials found within tanks, drywells, pipes, oil water separators, other 46 container(s), or where ever found, rail road track removal, cement concrete pavement 47 removal, asphalt concrete pavement removal, common borrow incl. haul, removal of various 48 piles of wood, concrete, and debris, perimeter fence will be left in place and any gaps will be 49 closed with chain link fence type 4 and other work, all in accordance with the attached 50 Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
