The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids for a contractor to provide pavement resurfacing and marking services as well as storm drainage repairs to Norfolk Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as NPS). Bidders responding to this request must be responsible, regularly and practically engaged in providing the goods and/or services requested in this IFB, and possess ample resources for fulfilling requirements as detailed in this IFB. The awarded contractor should also be able to provide reports updating progress, such as a Daily Construction Report (samples may be requested by the awarded contractor), and to attend meetings/briefings with the Owner or the Owner’s Representative to review project status.
