The Technical College System of Georgia is soliciting bids on behalf of Ogeechee Technical College for one qualified contractor that can provide renovation services for Campus Library. Each bid must be accompanied with a BID BOND in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid, payable to the Owner, Ogeechee Technical College, in order to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly in compliance with the Bidding Documents. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
