Landscape Maintenance at the ORC will cover all the typical landscape maintenance tasks, as specified, such as: Mowing, String Trimming, Blowing, picking up limbs and debris, pruning, and others. What makes ORC different from most other sites is the level of preservation required, that must be maintained at all times due to the historic nature of the site. The contractor is required to do all the normal landscape maintenance tasks, while also adhering to a high level of care and awareness for all the historic hardscape and landscape elements.
