The City of Lewisville is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for the installation of a fire protection system. This project consists of installation of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems in the City’s historic district, Old Town. The scope of the project will include providing fire protection to 27 buildings totaling approximately 80,000 square feet. Many of the buildings date to the turn of the century and house a variety of business venues. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
